Shipping in the UK is usually 2-3 days from when the order is made. If there is any issue with shipping we will let you know at order stage. Outside of the UK, shipping can take up to two weeks for European orders and longer for international orders.

We have worked with our suppliers to produce a smaller package, with smaller tea bags, but without any loss of flavour. The overall product dimensions are about 10cm x 7cm x 5.5cm. We use a plastic film to protect the tea (which can be recycled as soft plastics), otherwise the rest of the product packaging is cardboard.
